I'm Mirella Baini, I am well known as Mal and I am a licensed estate agent with 22 years of experience in the business of buying, selling and leasing property in Victoria.
I have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with an exclusive service as your advocate to satisfy your requirements.
I will give you the confidence to buy that perfect property and sell with the best possible outcome.
For more than 22 years, I have successfully represented and supported clients buying, selling and leasing real estate for investment, development and personal enjoyment.
I began as a trained Jenman agent selling real estate in the early 2000s in Melbourne.
I started my career as a Property Advocate in 2015.

- Our First Home Buyers enjoy a special low fee to help them enter the market.
- Auction Bidding or Negotiating only service
- If you have found your perfect property and only need us to negotiate a private sale or bid at a public auction on your behalf we offer this service for $2200
- All engagements require a $2,200 initial deposit and the balance at the time of a successful purchase.
- For our Tenants and Landlords, we provide a leasing service. Fees are adjusted to your needs.
