I'm Mirella Baini, I am well known as Mal and I am your Property Advocate and I am fully licensed estate agent with 22 years of experience in the business of buying, selling and leasing property in Victoria.
I have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with an exclusive service as your advocate to satisfy your requirements.
I will give you the confidence to buy that perfect property and sell with the best possible outcome.
For more than 22 years, I have successfully represented and supported clients buying, selling and leasing real estate for investment, development and personal enjoyment.
I began as a trained Jenman agent, listing and selling real estate in Melbourne in the early 2000s.
I started my career as a Property Advocate in 2015.

We offer affordable flat fees to our clients for our property advocate service if you are either buying or selling real estate. And we do this without compromising of the value of our service.

- Our First Home Buyers enjoy a special low fee to help them enter the market.
- Auction Bidding or Negotiating only service
- If you have found your perfect property and only need us to negotiate a private sale or bid at a public auction on your behalf we offer this service for $2200
- All engagements require a $2,200 initial deposit and the balance at the time of a successful purchase.
- For our Tenants and Landlords, we provide a leasing service. Fees are adjusted to your needs.
If you are only Selling a property, our service is completely free—no extra fees!
